Armistice Day 2018

Armistice Day 2018 saw town and gown join together to commemorate The Fallen. The School's CCF, along with village youth groups, supported the Kimbolton Branch of the Royal British Legion in its parade and Act of Remembrance, while many local families looked on. This year's tribute was especially poignant as it marked the centenary of the Armistice which ended the hostilities of the First World War. It included a Bedfordshire Yeomanry horse without a rider, and with boots reversed in the stirrups, to symbolise a fallen soldier.
