Kimbolton School student represents Team GB at the Junior Open Agility World Championship

This July, Taylor, a student at Kimbolton School, had the opportunity to represent Junior Agility Team GB at the Junior Open Agility World Championship (JOAWC) in Belgium.

This July, Taylor, a student at Kimbolton School, Cambridgeshire had the opportunity to represent Junior Agility Team GB at the Junior Open Agility World Championship (JOAWC) in Belgium. Competing with her two dogs, Taylor showed her dedication and skill in the sport of agility.

A notable moment of the competition was Taylor’s achievement with her dog, Elliott. As part of GB Team Blue, a team of four older dogs (all over 10 years old), they earned a Medium Team Bronze medal. This was a special way for these experienced dogs to conclude their international careers by making it onto the medal podium.

Over the summer, Taylor also competed successfully in the UK, where both of her dogs qualified for Crufts 2025. As she returns to Kimbolton School to start her GCSE studies, Taylor is already planning to work toward selection for Team GB again for JOAWC 2025, which will take place in Portugal next July.

A film highlighting the memories and moments from this year's JOAWC, is available to watch on YouTube. The video has even been featured by The Kennel Club at Crufts in the main arena. View the film here.

We are proud of Taylor’s achievements and wish her the best in her studies and future competitions.
